I just received this and I am very happy with it because it juices oranges, apples and carrots effectively and is easy to clean. I thought there might be problems with noise or vibration and that's not the case, it's a lot quieter than my blender. My one criticism is the power cable is too short (under 2 feet) this makes positioning the unit a bit tricky. Apart from that it's fantastic and I would recommend it, particularly given the price. I have seen similar units at retail for a lot more. It's also actually quite fun to use.
