I had understood this juicer to be one of the best available. Nobody mentioned that you had to repeatedly scrape out and clean out the basket or it didn't work. I thought you just put the fruit/vegetable in and out came a lot of juice and some very dry pulp. My pulp was extremely soggy and the juice was loaded with pulp too. I used a whole peck of apples to make 4 cups of extremely thick pulpy juice - what a waste of my time and money.
